Mark Hertel is the absolute worst manger I've ever experienced he has no compassion for his customers and no knowledge of how to highly satisfy a customer and should not hold the position he does. He has no enthusiasm and no drive to deliver the best possible experience for both internal and external customers.
I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I purchased furniture and was told it would be delivered in 10 days. The evening before delivery they called to say they had 1 of the 2 pieces so would move delivery to 4 days ahead. I went in the store the next day where the manager said it would be more like a month but he could not guarantee that either. I cancelled the order and will never shop there again!!
We've purchased a few items here and got the insurance for all of them, thinking that this way we would protect our investment from any accidents that may happen. The time that we needed to use the insurance they took almost two months to go fix our dinning room table, which after 6 months started to get something like "water spots" even though nothing has ever been spilled and we always use table mats, during ALL the time that they took it kept getting stains, so when they finally got to our place just for the "PRE-INSPECTION" and stating on site that they would later schedule a pick up date, they sent an email stating that the insurance did not cover this because they where stains over time... well YES OF COURSE THEY TOOK TWO MONTHS!!!!! we call value furniture to make a complaint about this situation and of course after we paid them for all of these insurances with """"full coverage"""" they state that its a different company and they have nothing to do with the policy, we requested to speak with the manager who of course was busy at time but would call in the next hour or so and it has been two days without a call back. The furniture is not that great, things look too used too fast and its only two adults at home so we really take care of it and on top of that i feel like the insurance is just a complete scam to get more money and they don't even take ownership over it.
I haven't bought anything, but liked the store and the options.

Large store and a lot to choose from. Loved the couches. I think I could have fallen asleep on them!
I purchased few items from this store few months ago and the quality of their products are NOT good. I had issue with bed and bunkie board asked for refund or replacements and I got no answer for almost 2 months and I called them atleast 5 to sort out, they send a guy to fix the bed and showed him the damaged on the other item, he even took pic of my bunkie board and have not send refund or replacement for 2 months. First of all they should not have kept the damaged item and when I ask d for replacement they have acted on it immediately, they don’t care once their items are out of their store! I don’t recommend anyone to go to this Store.
