I was hesitant about shopping at this establishment due to poor reviews, but after my shopping experience I couldn’t figure out what the big fuss was about. The representatives were very courteous. Sales representative Jackie is great, she was a huge help!
We didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed upon entering the store, the salesman was friendly & informative. As we browsed, he seemed to be intuitive to our needs & approached us, at the right time & as we prepared to make our decision, he showed us comparative pieces, so we could ensure we were selecting the furniture we desired. Definitely a 5 star experience & we were amazed by the quality furniture, at such an affordable price.
Juan did a fantastic job helping us find what we wanted. He took his time, was knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, he didn't push us to buy anything. I would highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful furniture shopping experience at Ashley's. The store manager assisted us in finding good quality living room furniture and ensured smooth transaction. When it came to making decision, he respected my family's privacy. My furniture arrived within the stated date/week. I spoke with 2 reps over phone throughout this process and they were extremely curteous and polite. I have nothing but positive feedback :)
Picked out a bedroom set. wanted to finance 90 days, the second monthly payment I was told if I do not pay off the balance that I would go from 1200 to 7k (the two first payments did not go towards the balance at all) this was a bad financial experience, but what makes it worse is the adjustable frame stopped working 5 months in. when I called Ashley warranty (23 minutes after being on hold, they said to call the store) so I inquired what was the point of providing a one year warranty number if you would redirect to the store and the store redirects to them WHO HELPS THE CONSUMER. so the best thing I can say is to not purchase from Ashley home store, the bed that was supposed to relieve back pain not only intensify it, I’ve had better nights on my bedroom floor - do not expect customer service even if you pay for your selected items.
