I recommend looking elsewhere, and will likely cancel my order here in the next day or two if I don't receive an update tomorrow morning as (again) promised.

Great team, beautiful furniture, and a lot of good deals on the outlet side. What's not to love?
The team here is passionate about their product and knowledgeable about trends in home design (and how to keep a purchase from looking too trendy). This store was in really rough shape for a while, but new store and district leadership has worked hard to turn it around and it shows.
The furniture looks great, and the staff is friendly, but the fact of the matter is they are often unable to actually be helpful. The computer system is ancient and goes down frequently, and half the staff can't even use it for status inquiries on purchased furniture. There have been countless delays (over 4 months since I've ordered, and 4 promised deadlines missed) without any consideration for me as a recipient of their products and services. The manufacturing process is slow and apparently unreliable, and they have told me they used third party manufacturers for parts they sell but cannot properly create which is delaying my order even further. I am also concerned that using this third party manufacturer will create issues with the bed's assembly, as often I cannot get answers to my questions.
Ridiculously expensive & horrible customer service, that is if they even bother greeting you!!!
