Dee is so accommodating and an all around pleasure to work with. She scheduled me (and rescheduled me) a last minute appointment before I left for vacation. I really appreciate that! Candi M. was also awesome. She did an excellent job on my lashes and I enjoyed her company. The place is beautiful and relaxing. The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic. I never write reviews but i have to let others like me know this the right trustful welcoming place you will ever come across in VA! I had only gone in for my skin consultation and was just impressed that i got my first service same day which was closing hour other places they make you come back but Dee welcomed me got everything ready for my first treatment which i saw huge difference after! You do feel re newed when leaving! Every spa tells you what you need just by first glance at you but here they take there time and they are right! If you want your money to be well spent this is the place to give that chance to! I'm going for my third treatment today and i can't wait!
I had my permanent eyeliner done at Renuew and it turned out perfect! They are a great team. They have a good striking black color for darker skin tones that makes the eyes "pop" beautifully. They also have a less dramatic black if you would like it. I really trust the team's judgment, they are the best artists, advice givers, problem solvers, and genuinely good people which can be hard to find. If something unexpected happens like the way my eye reacted to the procedure/ink, the team jumps in and creatively saves the situation. They are experts in their field and with technique. They did a PERFECT job with my eyeliner. They are very kind, considerate, take time for you and ensure the procedure is as painless and wonderful as it can be. Lovely environment, lovely people.
