The 1st time we went to this location service was extremely slow and we weren't impressed, but my daughter wanted Red Robin, so we decided to try it again. The 2nd time was even worse! My family had to wait to be seated even though there were tons of empty tables (we arrived at 4pm), then once we were seated we waited and waited and no one came by our table at all (even with the call server button activated) After about 20-25 minutes I was ready to walk out, but my husband decided to ask someone cleaning tables nearby if they could find out if our server was coming. They left and came back to tell us we had been seated in a section where the server hadn't even clocked in yet, but were on the way out. (Not sure how that happened as 2 other tables next to us had customers who were finishing their meals when we were seated there.) So, after another 5 or 10 minutes our waitress finally got to our table. No one ever offered an apology, neither servers or management, or even seemed to care about the situation. We did finally get to eat, but the service was extremely inattentive (my husband had to go get us napkins and silverware as no one bothered to provide them to us), and to top it off the manager did an interview in the booth right behind us while we ate even though there were a dozen other empty tables to sit at. Even though the food is good, the service is atrocious. I would never recommend anyone bother going to this Red Robin and my family and I will never go back.

Came in with my wife and one-year-old son, and we won't be back. Hostess wasn't there where we walked in, didn't really greet us when she did come back, and barely looked at us or said two words to us as she sat us. She also didn't ask if we needed a high chair, which should have been obvious. After that, we never saw a server. I take that back, we actually saw five server taking care of the tables around us, but no one came to our table. We waited 20 minutes (five of those with the "Call Server" alert activated) before it was apparent we needed to leave.

This was my first time dining inside this restaurant, and I have to say Kristin (our waitress) was awesome! She is definitely an asset to this team. She made us feel right at home from the moment she walked up to our table. I would definitely come back again based off this experience. Thank you Kristin!

Great table service. Always friendly and quick with bringing drinks. Seating is a bit of a hassle but there is only one Red Robin near by so it's to be expected.

Seems like everytime I come alone, service is just incredibly slow. I'm a big eater so I usually come here for the bottomless fries. However, from the time I finish my first batch to the time I receive my second batch of fries, the food starts to kick in and I lose my appetite. I guess that's the catch for the bottomless fries that's not disclosed in their advertisements. Nice place, but service could be a little better.

Save yourself the headache and skip Red Robin. Bobby's Burger Palace nearby is much better.

    This was my first time dining inside this restaurant, and I have to say Kristin (our waitress) was awesome! She is definitely an asset to this team.
