We had gone to a petting zoo that you drive through and the amount of pet food pellets that were in the car would have fed a small army of guinea pigs.
3rd and last time coming to this place. Probably the most expensive and worst car wash in the area. Car comes out looking like it was wiped down with used rags and little soap. Nothing gets wiped down good and vacuuming sucks. Go to Autospa...I usually do.
Came here for the first time last week and they went above and beyond for this wash.
I paid for the gold wash $26 half ass on the vacuum bad job wiping down the car left swirls , tire shine didn't last a day. I do not recommend this place waste of money.
Update: 3 months later: Since I've canceled my membership. I've signed up with White Horse Car wash 10 minutes away on the other side. I have never been more happier. The monthly fee is the same. But you get 20x more items than sonic. They clean better and really take care of your car. I've been going to White Horse for 3 months and I've noticed that the service is always the same or better. The employees take their time cleaning the car and catch every inch on the car. Sonic never wiped the doors on the edge or cup holders, etc. Another good thing, WH actually allows you to wash twice a day. Sonic doesn't. I remember getting a car wash in the morning, and driving through a dirty road and really needed another wash but sonic turned me down and made me pay for the second wash. Every one go to White Horse Car wash.
The guy who vacuumed out the car took his time and did an amazing job. He got out any pet food you could see and then some.
The service at this wash has been declining. I used to pay for each wash and the wash was good. They did their job. But now I've been a monthly member and they seem not to care anymore since they know the money is going to keep coming in. Currently looking for other washes in the area and will cancel this soon. The only pro is unlimited washes for $40 a month.
Cleaned her up good, inside and out. I got the Platinum wash but you can choose from basic on up! Eddie and his staff are always courtesy and take special care to make sure I'm happy . Been a customer for years and plan on staying. So long as Eddie's on board, so am i.
The wash did a great job and it was dried perfectly. They have seating if you don't want to stand and watch the car go through and they also have ice cream if you have to bring your kids.
