I feel very lucky to have a local carwash that not only does a great job at cleaning the interior and exterior of my car, but also seems to care about their local community, as the owner has a spot for local businesses to leave their cards and share their services too.
I do think that you do a good job at car washes and would have given a higher rating if the cashier would have even shut off the TV.
I mentioned this to the cashier, who did nothing to change it. There are other car washes where I can use, if this is not agreeable with your company policies.
I didn't see a diamond service option on your sign or website. I just thought "vacuum interior" meant the whole interior including door and seat cracks. My mistake I guess. Based on other reviews it seems there's a lot of confusion with what each package includes and what standard the customer should expect. Either way I won't be back.
After going through the car wash I noticed some huge scratches near my roof rack that were so deep that the undercoat was showing. My vehicle is less than a year old and I've never used the roof rack before. The scratches were circular in shape and came from their brushing system.

Not worth the cost. Paid for the platinum wash and the vacuum job was just lazy. I had to point out very obvious missed areas. The vacuum barely touched the cracks between the seats which seems like a standard place to vacuum to me. They did redo the areas that I asked, but when I pay for a service I don't want to also do quality control. I don't see any reason to go back.
I contacted the facility and was greeting with a wonderful "sup?". The woman on the phone was talking to me and also someone else at the same time. After explaining what happened her first response was, "Are you a member or do you just get one wash?" Clearly they did not care about the vehicle or customer service. I've contact my lawyer and will be sending this to the news station as well because a local business should not be run this way.
Absolutely do not go to this facility. I am currently talking to my lawyer and filing a complain with the BBB!!!
I love this carwash! I think that the people that work there are friendly , and I think that they do a phenomenal job each time I get my cars washed there!
I was getting very angry at the garbage that was being spewed today. If your TV is on CNN the next time that I get my car washed, that will be my last time getting my car washed there.

Great car wash that offers different cleaning services depending on your budget and needs. I always get their $50 wax deal twice per year to protect my car and regular washes in between. Great customer service and fast service also.
I usually enjoy going to this car wash. However, I just have to say that in such a time of deep division, politically, they should refrain from having the TV on CNN. It's best to just have it on a non news station because if you have it on news, there are going to be people upset, no matter what news station that you have on. Why night just keep it on some of the lighter channels of daytime television (NOT the View!).
