Drew came when we were having problems with our well pump. It was a very difficult job and took a lot of work but he fixed it and its been working ever since. The price was good and he did the work fast. We were very pleased with everything.
Always prompt and efficient. We've used them for our AC twice-yearly checkups and repairs. They have never let us down! When our AC quit, while we were out of town, they responded immediately to our request for help. They will do emergency repairs, if necessary. They fixed our unit the day after we called. (We didn't want them coming at 3am, though they would have, so managed to muddle through the night with open windows and fans.) A great service!
Made the appointment. They told me a certain time. After the time was up I called them. They had completely forgotten about me. They arrived after the building manager left so they could never check the unit on the roof. I got charged over $200 because they cleaned a drain in the unit. That's nice. Now I have to call someone else to check the unit. Horrible!!!!
