DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! seriously. I'm trying to help you. Whatever the good reviews are might be correct for their experience and great for them but if it doesn't go well for you it's going to be really bad and it's not worth the risk.
2. they were completely unhelp/ unresponsive when trying to figure that out. Like seriously I called their office 20 times and got hung up on 15 times just like "hello?" *hang up* WTF
The movers were courteous and professional and that's the only reason they have three stars.
3. They finally come to move me and bring an old man who "can't lift very heavy things" and a guy with a hurt leg "who can't use stairs"..... I'm sorry but what the hell?????? I hired MOVERS not princesses so honestly what the hell
I have been very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Tyrone and the crew involved. Even when I threw a wrench into the plan by having the crew pick up my daughter's small shipment the same day they picked up mine. It went through without a hitch. My daughter's has been delivered but my goods will be in storage for about a year. So pleased I chose to use Joe Moholland.
This moving company is no joke. Professional, courteous, treat your items with utmost care. I used them for long distance move and the experience is positive in every aspect. They are highly recommended.
The office staff was terrible to deal with and after I emailed the primary contractor about my miserable pcs experience with them they would only call my wife.
1. Paid extra ($1,000) to set a delivery date and have full service movers. My delivery date was delayed 5 days. FIVE DAYS.
The Moholland folks, both packers and movers, made fast work of moving the stuff from our old 5BR/4BA home to our new 4BR/2.5BA downsize. Nothing broken, no significant damage (a few rubs on large pieces that had to go through very tight spaces). The entire crew was professional, courteous and concerned about the safety of our stuff. We've already recommended them to others and now recommend them to the Interwebz.
I'm 22 and in a new city and they screwed me over every step of the way. Not sure if they took advantage because I'm young but I paid a lot for the worst experience I've ever had. Please don't use them. I'm trying to save you the issues and stress I had
5. Home office tells me idk and sorry?? Well send someone else out or at least we'll try
Also I'm still missing a box of glass dolphins that my wife has been collecting for years. Have not heard anything about it since October!
4. They tell me they can't build my bed frame and can't lift a tempurpedic mattress? At this point they're just being lazy and useless so I called home office
