Burgers are delicious and a genuinely nice polite staff are always curtious
Always great food with Five Guys, but I don't think the cashier understands English. We all had to repeat out orders 4 or more times and she still messed up. Thank goodness we can see what she is typing. She relied every time in Spanish.... I don't speak Spanish, not did any of our party.
Once a month my wife and I eat red meat and fast food. We combine it to go here... This is our cheat day. Fantastic service, quick, and still keeping up with the larger fast food chains.
If you like Five Guys, you'll like everything here. Standard shop, a bit on the small side and the only drawback was they don't serve shakes in the store for some reason. Still, good food.
I've been going to 5 Guys since day one after they open the Arlington. Since that time I have lunch or dinner at least 5 to 8 times a month. The cashier's and coworker are always professional and friendly.The store as a whole is always clean and that includes the restrooms. The burgers are 5 stars great and the fries likewise 5 stars. So if you want a burger that's not frozen than find yourself to five guys.
