This is the worst place ever. I ordered my meal at 9:20 and it was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. It didn't get here until around 10:30. In addition to that, two items were missing. And when I called I was informed that they didn't have one of the items and someone should have called me to see if I wanted something else instead. So I chose another flavor and waited until 10:50 for them to come back with my missed items. The manager got on the phone to tell me that they close at 11 and no one has even left with it yet. This location isn't even worth the deliver fee. The one in Manassas, on the other hand, is wonderful.
Pickup is the best option if you live close. The employees that work at the register are okay. Customer service isn't great, but it isn't bad. They are mostly distracted by chatting with each other which is okay. I rather them be chatty patties than unhappy zombies like at some other carry outs I've been to.
There is zero professionalism shown by the employees at this particular establishment. Not once, have I visited this place with out an issue happening. Pasianos of Woodbridge is ran by children with no care for business or customers, the front desk is a circus and management has no care what so ever. Everyone's sitting on their ass when they should be working an let's not speak about their rude behavior. You all need to do better, it's horrible visiting save your time and money.
Ordered food for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes to and hours. That's normal on a Friday night. At and hour and half I called to check on whats was going on. Was directly transferred to a manager. She then told me that she had problems with her driver and had all my food re made. I asked when the person would be here this time she said they left 10 minutes ago and should be there with in 10 minutes ( the pizza shop isn't but 5-10 minutes away from me). 35 minutes goes by after that still no food. Then the manager called the driver and said there still 7 minutes out. Sounds like this pizza shop has a lot of issue's never again will I order from here. what a waste of time.
I ordered a salad, a pizza, and wings. I payed extra for two Italian dressings and extra for two blue cheese dressing. My husband was going to eat the pizza and wings and I was planning on eating the salad since I do not eat meat and haven't for 13 years. My salad was delivered with no dressing that I paid extra for and my dinner is ruined and my husband's pizza and wings are cold. I called the restaurant and told them nicely was the problem was and the lady was like I can credit you back a dollar. That is almost insulting. I did not feel the need to speak to her any longer. I am not expecting a free meal or anything, but maybe a little customer service and empathy over a ruined dinner I paid $38.00 dollars for plus a 7 dollar delivery tip. I do not suggest this place for a complete, hot meal, with good customer service.
Prices are high, but food is really good. Delivery fee is too much. Delivery fees should end as they came about because of rising gas prices- gas prices are now the lowest they've been in years and projected to stay that way for some time.
Make sure you check your order before you accept it. I've received incorrect/missing items. This might be because of the aforementioned distraction issue.
Delivery takes a long time and drivers sometimes have gone to the wrong house. Overall I'd recommend Dominos over this place if you're concerned about price and speed of delivery.
