This place fully encompasses the term bureaucratic incompetency. Not once have they failed to blow away my expectations when it comes to rude employees, painstakingly slow service, long waits, and unlimited obstacles. I came here to get 1 simple building permit. Hundreds of dollars, about 12 visits, and multiple buildings later and I finally have my permit. The experience ended with a roughly 2 hour wait to simply pick up my plans where there was not even a line and they attempted to charge me $200 extra dollars for a fee no one can indentify. This place will NOT fail to ruin your day- I promise!
Oh yeah, and they sent me home one day for missing my number being called because after hours of waiting I ran to go pee and it was after the cut off mark-- hint they call the numbers out of order and you never know when it's coming so don't drink anything before coming here and be sure to empty your bladder.
