This gym is phenomenal. I’ve been coming here for your at least a year now and I’ve never been disappointed with my training nor management. The skills they taught helped me in all areas of life not just in the ring or on the mat.
Can’t believe how much weight I’ve lost here with these guys! 23 lbs so far! Great gym, even better staff. All the coaches are so knowledgeable and motivating. The new management has really made a huge difference. Feels like a family in here again. Great place to learn MMA and get in shape.
Super great gym, super clean facility, Ed is the man. Whatever goal u wanna achieve, any trainer will make sure you achieve it!!
The Club has changed owners and management. They new management, in the short time they have been there, have improved an immense amount of problems. Bathrooms are no longer an issue, carpets are shampooed every month, new atmosphere, definitely kid friendly and most important, very knowledgeable coaches and trainers. Every mistake in accounts and charges made by previous management is being fixed and if needed refunded. Give the club a well deserve second chance. I did and don't regret it at all. My kids enjoy the BJJ classes whit Shawn so much and my husband loves coach's Rico boxing class. New management really made a difference.
Been going to UFC Woodbridge for over a year now. Love this gym and the people! Despite the management changes within the last few months it's an amazing place to workout! The manager Ed is an extremely motivational coach and we are more then pleased that he's back!!! Walking in the door is like walking into your home, greeted by coaches and peers who become one big family.
