Joe was great! He was patient, attentive, listen to what our range was. He had a great sense of humor. When there was a problem he got on it right away to fix it. He went above and beyond with customer service by offering me some food when l was hungry. He was very thoughtful and transparent with what and why l was signing. I did not feel rushed or pressured. He was a genuine person. Felt like l knew him my whole life. He really took the stress out of shopping for a low price ,good used car, under stressful circumstances.
I bought a car here recently and was told inspection was done on the vehicle only to go to the dmb to wait 2 hours to be told that the emissions were never done. I went back-to wind rider and Joe pretty much told me to screw myself but that he was sorry. Don't let their friendliness for you, They are just as skeezy as the next.

Wide variety of some nice cars at decent pricing. Complaints are they seem to strip cars for spare pieces? No floor mats or head rests came with my vehicle. I've had the vehicle 3 days and the clutch already went out. Be weary of what you buy!
Awful experience. We wanted a Mazda CX-5 Wind Rider had posted online. They required a $300 deposit to hold the car until we could drive up tow days later to see it. The cars on the lot are jammed in like sardines. Most of them are kept in a gravel lot. The pictures of the car DID NOT show the damage on the bumper, the navigation system didn't work on the car, and they said they had just replaced 3 tires, but 3 of them were different brands. The Carfax showed two owners, while the ad online and the sticker on the car said it only had one owner. Also, I had to go into the "office" to use the bathroom, and there was a pubic hair in the sink! All of the guys were in jeans, and the one guy who rode with us on our test drive was just sitting there in the back on his phone the whole time, and didn't know the answers to our questions. Not only will this place try and rip you off, they are very unprofessional. Don't waste your time like we did!
