My kids had a great time and the staff was outstanding. It's rare to see a lot of teenagers so friendly and hardworking.
If I could give absolutely NO STARS I would. This place is way over priced and after paying a huge price for bowling our game timed out and they did not fix it! A game we paid for. Seriously the absolute worst service I have ever seen and experienced and I will NEVER come here with my children or recommend this place! We paid for the entire game and they just sat there and shrugged their shoulders. Thanks for stealing our money.
Oh and also, there is either bumpers for everyone or bumpers for no one. We just accepted it because we went there to have fun and spend time together, but now I'll throw it out there anyway.
My kid & I ATTEMPT to get over there for some Mommy & son time... It's been Soooo great. Robin the Manager, at closing. She did something with ALL of the ENTIRE pins & he just thought it was the most amazing thing. He's since made a lot of friends there at 5 years old & looks forward to going to seeing the friendly Staff. Thanks again Robin for your continued efforts. Thumbs Up
