It's a little too small to be called a waterpark to me. It's more like a big swimming pool with 2 water slides . With that being said, the price is cheap the slides are great and the layout is wonderful. I had a good time here and would not mind coming back

Be prepared to have teenagers come complain at you and scold you. I brought my children and got there early to change her into a swim diaper and swimsuit before everyone else got there, and the snotty spiked haired staffer sought us out just to tell us "you can't change your baby here." I just stared at him for a good minute and explained my lack of witnesses, just trying to prepare my daughter for the water. I feel we are targeted now as he keeps watching us. Feeling very unwelcome and we just got here. Park itself is nice. Staff needs an attitude adjustment.
What really got my attention is the staff, they are really professional and kept moving and moving to make sure every body are safe. Give the parents peace of mind!
I've been in most of Pw water parks and this one gave the most horrible experience with the way the management treats its customers. We got into the park 4.15 and 10 min later they announced will be closing due inclement weather, I asked if they will give rain checks and the young lady in management told me to wait and come after they announced the official closing of the park. we waited and bought lot of food (2 families) and we we went to pick the rain check abs promised , the same lady told us the manager changed his mind and they won't be giving rain checks to anybody. They not only changed their mind but they come up with every excuse and rude words towards us. We asked to talk to the manager and they denied is to talk to him and told us nobody forced us to stay. This lady Sarah(I was told her name was) has no customer skills and we will not be going back there nor recommend people to go there. Horrible experience.
Lpved it the staff was very FRIENDLY and professional amd the pool is a nice size going back again
